I am not happy at all with vantage debt management and I will not recommend it to anyone.I was **** to why because the money deducted on my account was supposed to be distributed amongst my creditors but I'm still getting messages from them stating that my accounts are in arrears when I asked Linda the lady who assisted me she said it's just an automatic message mind you I have all the apps of my creditors on my fone still showing arrears...I have 13 accounts and only 1 was paid which is homechoice I know that because they did send me a message saying thank you for the payment the rest are none payments. Secondly the statement that is sent does not show how the money is distributed to my creditors only shows the month hyphen is deducting on my account and I was told it will show.I have whatsapped the lady she just ignored me. Thirdly there's 1 creditor that keeps on calling me telling me they want their money and they did not approve my debt review because my account with them was still new but I was told before debit check approval that everything is sorted now they have deducted my money they sending me a screenshot of an email sent by 1st of December from that creditor saying that my debt review was not approved...which means she knew before debit check mandates that 1 account actually 2 accounts don't approve my debt review. Yooo I'm hurt shame I don't wanna lie...yes I'm relived from my creditors but wat is promised is no longer happening and my money is deducted monthly worse the debit date is also wrong...everything is wrong nje
Horrible experience I had with the head office.Waited for their feedback after asking about a water pressure sensor if they have in stores...spoke to the lady handling the whatsapp chat since at 11 am she told me she will respond with the price and which branch should I go to buy the pressure switch till now no response..I called again the lady said she will Transfer me to the lady I spoke to on whatsapp and she never picked up the phone
