Samsung pressure switch
Horrible experience I had with the head office.Waited for their feedback after asking about a water pressure sensor if they have in stores...spoke to the lady handling the whatsapp chat since at 11 am she told me she will respond with the price and which branch should I go to buy the pressure switch till now no response..I called again the lady said she will Transfer me to the lady I spoke to on whatsapp and she never picked up the phone

Oven Fan
Hi all I bought a oven fan from Jayson at tecsa reco montague gardens. He was helpful and give me advice as well.The service that he give me was great.The part work on the oven.Thank you very much Jayson.

Bad service
Bought Compressor and it was faulty, it could not pump and they refused to assist concerning it.

NON EXISTING SERVICE
Pathetic, useless service. On 02-07-21 sent email to M Coetzee for which I received a "delivered" notification. On 06-07-21 I sent a second email, also with "delivered" notification. This is their George branch. On 06-07-21 I sent email to S Muller for which I received "delivered" notification. This is their CT branch. On 10-07-21 I sent email to R DeBoer for which I received "delivered" notification.. This is their HO. To date I have not had an answer from any of these people who are supposed to be the spare parts suppliers of Defy products. Now, why the hell have email addresses on your web site if nobody is going to answer.

Very poor service. Msindo is the worst and most unhelpful sales person I have ever met. Waiting 6 months for spares. Apparently no importing due to covid. But the main supplier has stock available with no order from Tecsa Reco on record.
