I paid my loan only for fasta to then debit and now they refuse to return the money. They have abknowleged the query but will not return my money
This is the worse hospital I have had the displeasure of being stuck in. Because this hospital is a heart hospital I was brought here. The doctors are great however the nursing staff in the ICU unites offer pathetic service. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone the nurses have conferences about patients and laugh when you complain as they feel they are untouchable . The unit manager has ignored me for 7hours without assistance simply b cause she feels she is entitled. She is now enacting a personal vendetta as I screamed when I was in distress now she wants to make me suffer as there are no recordings in ICU
Mr Gavin van tonder. I hope that this review reaches you well. My experience with the multiple insurance companies I have dealt with has been dreadful to say the least. I received a call from this gentlemen and I told him I would call back, after a day I called back and without prior identification he remembered me by name and was able to recall the conversation we had . He then promptly called back and in a few minutes all my questions were answered and my insurance was arranged. I know that I can be difficult with the amount of questions I have and I want you to know that I appreciate you're patience. Keep up the excellent service and I am sure you will continue to have many more happy clients . King price this type of service should be emulated and if this is the standard that you operate with I am happy to be a part of ur client base and I will definitely send through referrals.
