I am frustrated with Vodacom. I have canceled my contract with them last month. I received confirmation that it was canceled. Next thing they reactivate the contract and expect me to pay for a facility I did not initiate. The call center is useless, the branch referred me to the call center. How do I cancel my contract with Vodacom?
What a **** . I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the continued issues I’ve experienced with Vodacom. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with misleading information and poor service during an upgrade process, and I am extremely frustrated. Last year, I was offered a data package with “free” devices, only to later discover I was being charged for them. Despite cancelling the devices, I continued to be billed until I was finally refunded in May this year. Now, I’m facing yet another unacceptable situation. I was offered an upgrade I was not informed that this would be a data-only top-up package. This is my primary numbers now we can't make calls unless it's WhatsApp call. Nobody has given feedback regarding fixing this its 2 weeks now.
Vodacom is a **** and they don't care. Its two weeks and nobody has contacted me regarding my query. They sell you something without the full t and c. When you realize what was sold is incorrect the beat around the bush to fix it . I want to cancel my contract with them but they not responding. They want to mess my credit name, I don't want to pay for the incorrect package they gave me. Im frustrated nobody is helping me.
