This is a fair warning to anybody considering doing work for Technimobile also trading as Cquabba Pty Ltd based in East London. Stay far away. I've just been taken for R115k by them and there's nothing I can do about it. When it comes to payment time the project manager will ignore any correspondence from you. And don't try and send an email to their head office because, get this, your email address they consider a spam...
Cash Crusaders Kabega Park at Metlife Centre has the worst customer and after sales service I have encountered in a long time. I bought various products new from them over a period of time. This includes a new washing machine, a new fridge and a new Smart TV (which was purchased on the 24th of May this year). All three are Dixon products. The TV and fridge was for my mother. Since day one the TV couldn't connect to DSTV. I took it back and they sald they'll send it in and have it checked. After almost 4 weeks, with no communication or reply to my emails I finally got it back on Saturday 25 July and they said the software issue is fixed. I spoke to Shaheed and he said if there's a problem they will send someone out to check it out. The TV is still the same and after 2 emails and a threat to go to Hello Peter I got a email back from him saying it was fixed and the jobcard. So it seems that he is not sending someone out. For all future customers to this store, be careful. Now I must see if I can get my mom's money back from them and buy from a reputable company.
