I have been trying to port my number from Vodacom to CellC from 14 March 2016. I was on contract and my contract ended 13 March 2016. I did give Vodacom notice to end contract more than 31 days before the end date +- 10Feb2016). Based on the consultants advice I asked to move to PrePaid on 13 March. On 14 March I asked CellC to port my number to a PrePaid on CellC. From then I still con't port my number.<br> 1. 16 March Port out /in failed (not sure why) request port again (woodmead)<br> 2. 18 March port out /in failed (not sure why) request port again (woodmead)<br> 3. 20 March port out /in failed (Reason Code: SP003: ID mismatch) request port again (Menlyn)<br> 4. Was on leave 21 to 27 March... still no port... <br> 5. 28 March back to cellc and vodacom Try port again.. No got error SP005 Subscriber suspended, had outstanding amount on account<br> 5. Back to Vodacom , settle account, back to CellC, try to port... same problem.<br> 6. 29 March back to Cellc, port again still Erro SP005<br> 7. Back to Vodacom,confirm status on account, back to CellC try port again!! no get SP003 again!!! <br> <br> I don;t know what to do!! why can't I port!! <br> <br>
I found the call center number on the toys box: 0872348697 and phone 3:30 and when I get through to someone they just drop the call.. tried a few times and nobody ever picks up. this is very poor service!
