Hi, I was made uncomfortable by one of employees during a visit to Boa Beauty Bar Mall of the South. During my visit, she was gossiping about me with clients and other colleagues, which made me extremely uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I believe I should be treated with the same respect as any other clients, regardless of any personal matters outside of the workplace. Her name is Vuyokazi Mjobo. If she comfortably does this to me imagine other clients as well,”. I hope they call her to order before she ruins the reputation.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gomo over a single missed payment. I tried to call and make a payment arrangement but received no response. Later, I was contacted via email and WhatsApp by someone named Ollie, who provided little to no information about where he was from. I found it incredibly unprofessional that he contacted me via WhatsApp call. During the conversation, he was rude, used foul language, and even threatened to repossess my car over one missed installment. I did speak to a lady named Joyce Masemola, who tried to explain the situation, but I still believe I should have received a proper notification if Gomo had tried to reach me and failed. A simple message or formal notice would have made a big difference. While I understand the vehicle is still under finance, there needs to be a human element to how these situations are handled—something I’ve seen with other finance providers. My experience with Gomo has been frustrating, with inconsistent communication and conflicting information from different people. Based on this, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
