Early August I called for a quote and spoke to a lady, she explained everything on that call and she said she will send an email with the information of the medical aid I signed up for. They started calling everyday and I explained to everyone that contacted me that I haven’t received the email they said they will said, after the call all the agent promised to come back with feedback but nothing came. Few weeks past, they called again and I asked to cancel the cover and they agreed that they will cancel but they didn’t. On Thursday last week, I got sms that they will debit whereas I have been waiting for that email. Today they debited my money, I want a refund nowww!!!!!!!!!
This is the second time I’m writing a bad review about FNB within a space of 6 months, they are reserving purchases or transactions or payments that I’m not aware of. R300 and something rands reserved for transaction I do not know. I’m sick and tired of this nonsensical bank, if you do not bank with FNB do not start because they are ******!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money, I did not sign up for anything and how can people sign up using my card number whereas my card is with me all the time
Debit order of R511 from Somalian stores on the 29th of July was debited and unauthorized account activities on my FNB Account. Any reason why FNB Account is easily accessible to random debit orders and why are payments reserved for unknown transactions and on top of that I pay more R200 for charges. You always take my money for unnecessary reasons
