I am extremely disappointed on the quality of the bed. I purchased the bed on the 27/02/2026 and it was delivered the following day. It’s been almost 2 weeks since i bought the bed but it is already making squeaky sounds. I bought a Restonic firm double bed online in hopes that i wont have to purchase a bed in the next 3 years. What’s sad is that it was recommended by a friend to buy a bed at dial a bed as it known for its best quality. I have sent emails and tried to call them but the phone just ring and no one answers. I think they rely on automated replies hence they don’t even check their emails.
I took a phone contract from MTN on the 26th of June 2025. The device was delivered on the 30th of a June 2025. I was not happy with the device I called MTN to ask if I can return the device because I am not happy. They said Yes I can return it to the nearby MTN store because it is still within the 7 days cooling period. I took the phone to nearby MTN store which is Southgate mall on the 3rd of July 2025. I was told that the device will be collected by the dsv company then I can cancel the contract. I waited for communication so that I cancel the contract only to be told that I need to pay R2000 to cancel the contract. I am being charged R2000 for a device that I didn’t even use and I returned it back to the store before the 7 days cooling period. I was told by an MTN agent that if I return the device before 7 days I won’t be charged for cancellation.
