I am still waiting on an order placed 18 Dec last - absolutely no communication from the "support" team or otherwise.

Disappointing
Placed R2,000 order 18 Dec 25 - it was apparently delivered about a week later / to Sandton - I am in Cape Town. Most frustrating is their total lack of response to about 20 emails I have sent - not a word. Can't recommend
