Good day I am very very disappointed in the service you guys are giving at the Montana Branch As per my Order (order 3249), I have ordered:2x Slider mix 4 4x Extra cheese for the sliders 2x Big John REGULAR meal. According to me the regular is the one that doesn't have the hot sauce. When I arrived at my home and me and the family started to eat, both my brother and my Father had to leave there food because the Big John meals was not what I have order. Due to this my brother got sick because he can't eat hot food. My dad started to vomit because he has a ulcer and the spicy burger gave him stomach burns. There is a reason when people ask for regular and spicy. No one in my family can eat spicy. I have specifically told the lady that took our order 3 times that it should be the regular meals and not the spicy kind. When I arrived at the windows to collect the food I was ask to stop at the walk in door and wait, she who then assisted will bring the food to me. I went and waited and no one came till I went in to fetch my COLD SLIDERS. I don't know where the fault for the spicy food came, but because of that I will no longer support Chicken Licken. Because someone didn't listen or read, my father and brother got sick and family game night was ruined. I have also tried to phone them numerous times on 0106342227, but the phone just keeps on ringing. This is really a very very big disappointment for me, especially since we prefer Chicken licken over KFC!!!! Now KFC has another customer fighting the battle to defeat Chicken Licken, since we don't get disappointments from KFC because they listen and read properly the orders, KFC has a new forever customer.
I work for a Panel beating company, as part of our rules and regulations, we need to keep the work area clean (like any other companies), due to the fact that we need recycling services, we tried Interwaste, was happy with the services given to do a quote and was quite happy with the quote given. After accepting the quote, the services dropped and became horrible. The waste isn't being collected, after struggling for nearly a month to get them to collect the waste, still no one was here to collect it. We thought that due to the after sales of Interwaste, we might as well come to hello peter, maybe then a response will be given. I would definitely not recommend Interwaste to anyone, you might as well try to do it yourself. Worst services we have ever received.
Very Very Unhappy with the Silverton's branch. Was told I am approved for R12000 with a 10% deposit, went to the branch picked a item I liked, paid the deposit in cash, then they sent through a new application to head office. On Monday I did the interview as the manager told me, didn't get any feedback regarding the application, Tuesday came and still no feedback, followed up with them and was told that they are waiting for head office, later that day I was told that they need a letter of employment which was sent through to them. Few days later they have informed me that I have been declined, how is it possible , first approved and now declined. Went to the Branch on Sunday just to find out they don't keep cash with them, left it and followed up on Monday, the "manager" told me that they do have cash and I can come and collect it, I have made arrangements at work to collect my deposit today after 9:00 AM, unfortunately things got to busy at work and I couldn't leave, arrange with my manager to leave at lunch to collect my deposit, contacted the manger at Beares and informed her that things aren't going according to plan but will collect my deposit at lunch, only to find out my deposit was given to there security company to collect my deposit, and that I now again have to wait for my deposit. I have been waiting for 4 days and still no deposit received!! When will I get my deposit??? People please don't use Bearers - no services - no feedback - no refund!!
