Hi All I really frustrated and angry with my previuos employer Sunglass Hut, I have left the company for almost a year +\- 6 years now and have been requesting them to pay my pension/provident funds to me and get ignored. I have called their head offices in Cape town (luxottica) whom deal with these funds, and have asked they assist with my money, but they the receptionist keep forwarding my calls to both Shereen smith@za.luxottica.com and lauren.cronje@za.luxottica.com, whom really just ignore calls and emails. Im really scared that they might be refusing to give me my money, they just dont wanna help. Please be aware of this as Sunglass Hut is a big company and dont think they really would treat their ex-employess this way.
I'm having a really bad service with rain networks support. Over the past three months have been experiencing issues with my rain 5g router which I was suppose to be getting 20mbps download and uploads, but lately I'm getting half of the speed during the day and night, which is intermittent speeds. Because rain doesn't have support center but their network specialist BOT Arin which is extremely useless and not helpful. For over two months now have been chatting to Arin three times a week and promised that ticket is logged and escalated, I have been using this line for work and still after two months no one has contacted or have tried two explain my issues. Everytime the bot will keep saying restart, face, on the window, look for other points on the house, but they can also confirm remotely that I have full signal but still my issues not resolved, I have been asking for assistance or human interaction for over two months and still no resolution or assistance from the escalated ticket Arin keeps promising it's been logged. They can't even give you ticket number for us to track, because they know they just gonna lie that a ticket is logged, I have been asking around and many clients have left rain because of network issues after 16H00 and support because mo one cares but they are quick to debit your account or when they need payment done, but when you need assistance they will do nothing but lie to say they assisting you, so I have now decided I must get options for fibre at home as they are really unprofessional and don't care about improving their support and communication to their clients, and because many people are desperate and don't have a choice using them and the bad support and network service.
