Harrassment Account is paid up. Received a paid up letter from Nedbank and still they keep on phoning sending emails

Wesbank car registration documents
Settled my car in April 2025. Since then we have had issues to get our registration documents from them. First you need to make a payment of R384 and then they come with more stories. Is there a way I can get my documents from this bank. It is my car I don't owe them any money
