UNPROFESSIONAL
I have just received an SMS from these attorneys, threatening with legal action due to an "unpaid Nedbank account". I do not have an unpaid Nedbank account. When I try to phone them on the number they provide (011 532 1500), my calls go unanswered. I would like to know where they obtained my details. Very unprofessional to send threatening SMS's to incorrect people.

SJP and Nedbank on unfair listing.
Smit Jones and Pratt have listed me for a Nedbank card that was opened through ****** documents. I have been raising this since 2014 with Rene Walker from SJP and Nedbank. Rene Walker have been asking me to provide affidavits which I have done for many times in 12 years. This listing is affecting my credit rating badly.

Battling to get my settlement letter
My Nedbank account is fully paid but I haven’t receive my settlement letter. It’s now two months of me calling and sending emails with no response. I spoke to Bongani and Mbali and they kept making empty promises. I will take this matter to further.
