Pharmacy Direct is refusing to dispatch chronic medication after they were paid.
Invoice number 10MP6187 I purchased Shock absorber for Almera without the spring. The salesman assured me that I will get the spring at Spring specialists at Newcastle which I did not get. I had to look around to get the shock absorber with the spring which i got from Satar Motors and Auto centre. Then i decided to return the shock which was sealed and unused with the Strut Mounting also sealed. Zack and Yahya company directors told me about the return policy which was never explained to me when I was buying the items. The items are at the shop but they took my money and the items. What type of business is this? I need a refund of R885.

They are refusing to refund my money. They are telling me about the policy which was never explained to me before I made payment

Sanlam is refusing to pay back the premiums that I was paying monthly for over 32 years in excess of R4500 per month.
I was paying towards my Old Mutual group scheme policy for 32 years and I took early retirement in 2010 and Old Mutual declared the policy fully paid up. I was advised to claim for all the benefits in this policy when I turn 65. In December 2023 I turned 65 but Old Mutual could not trace this policy. After I wrote the email to Jurie Strydom the CE for Old Mutual the policy was found and they say it was cancelled with no communication written to me. What makes things worse there is an amount of R14000 paid to a FNB account which I dont have. I have been pleading with Old Mutual to pay me back all the prmiums that I paid for over 30 years with interest but they are refusing.
Lake Smit and partners did some tests in November 2023. They nearly made me loose my arm and i reported this to Lake Smit and partners soon after the incident. They assured me that the matter will be investigated but they did not. The next action is that the account which I queried with them now is with NSG attorneys without giving me any findings on their investigation. This is a highly irregular abuse of power and monopoly.
I have been paying a number of policies at Sanlam to the monthly premium of R3500 per month. At the time of claiming Sanlam is not paying.
I was paying for the policy at Old Mutual Group scheme for 32 years. At the end of the 32 year when I retire Old Mutual is not paying.
I paid for the policy for over 25 years and my policy matured in 2007. When it is time to pay I am told that I had the loan against the policy which I never had.
