I ordered pizza and dessert from Debonairs Pizza at Maponya Mall. I received a message from the driver informing me that the items I ordered were not available. I asked why the restaurant listed items as available when they were out of stock. The driver advised me to cancel the order and take the matter up with Uber Eats. I then cancelled the order, but Uber Eats refused to refund me, stating that the order was already in the preparation stage. I did not receive my order, and I am very frustrated because this situation was not my fault. I only cancelled because the driver instructed me to do so. How does uber eat prepare the meal if they are out of stock? I need my full refund
Finchoice are ****mers. I paid the full amount but they kept on adding charges and claim that I still have balance in my account. They are so pathetic, unprofessional. I want those charges removed off my account or I’m taking this matter to National credit bureau I have all the records of your communication with you. I need my paid my letter
Please don't take a loan with that company they are ****mers. I spoke to Zandile the consultant that was assisting who keeps on asking same questions. They are hiring foreigners. I have settled my account but they told me that I have an outstanding amount.
My Nedbank account is fully paid but I haven’t receive my settlement letter. It’s now two months of me calling and sending emails with no response. I spoke to Bongani and Mbali and they kept making empty promises. I will take this matter to further.
