Poor and disgusting customer service
I have been frustrated by Sanlam by delaying my pension payout after more than a month of waiting and lots of promises made by this company. This after I had put a notification to them way in advance, but the poor service one is getting at Sanlam is really disappointing and disgusting to say the least.
