I canceled an online order on Thursday the 18th of December. Today I was told that it would be processed within 24-48 hours. Have not received any notification of my online order being canceled or a notification saying that they are processing my refund. I have to send whatsapps and emails that they take there own damn time to respond to. I had to phone in to get feedback regarding My refund and st times the calls just get dropped. I canceled my online order before it could be dispatched. And at the end of the day I used my money, not credit, to place the order. I was told today that a follow up would be done and I would receive feedback.... And till now I am still receiving feedback. I must surely phone on Monday and waste my ****in airtime once again. It takes these companies a second to take your money when placing an order, but then they take their own damn time to refund your hard earned money. If I do not receive my money by the 24th of December I will be laying a complaint with the NCC. Yes it is December but they need to make sure that they have sufficient staffing for this time of year
I ordered a front loader, microwave and other few things online last week Wednesday. I received notification it would be delivered Thursday. I phone the courier company to arrange that it be delivered when I'm home from work for after 16:30 and they said they'd make a note for the driver. My partners step mom phoned at 03:01 pm saying that the items are being delivered but there's no washing machine. The delivery guys told them there's no washing machine even though its on the paper work that they had them sign. I said it's fine I will sort it out as they are old and I did not want them to stress unnecessarily. I phoned game customer service after work, they said they will get back to me. Friday I phone game and they said the complaint has been escalated. I went to the store after work and the guy from the online department said the front loader should be there and he will have it delivered to me on Saturday. I am still waiting. I phoned game customer care again, the lady said it's been escalated and that orders take 2-5 days to be delivered and Saturday was day 3. I told not once have a received a mail or call to update me regarding my front loader which I paid for in cash. After the call she sent an email. I thought I'd wait till Monday and see if there will be any news. Once again I had to call and still the Matter HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT!! I am livid!!! It's like I have to beg for something that I paid for.. I even phoned the courier company(Wumdrop) and they said they would get back to me. At this point I don't want the machine, I just want my money back so that I can purchase it somewhere else where I'll receive better service. On the phone calls and mails they said they will get back to me in 48-72 hrs but nothing. No call, sms or email. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!
