Bunch of ****mers and rude agents, sies do better. They don't even explain what they are debiting for, you still need to follow up on them for the loan. Like what ******* is this
I updated my banking details before 15 July 2025 for my policy and I was told it was short noticed due to the tracking period, I asked if I should pay manually? the agent agreed and I did so on 16 July 2025 because the d/o on my new account will only happen from the 15th of August. A week after my manual payment, I called to confirm if they received my payment, they confirmed it was there however it was unallocated and I'm surprised because i used the reference given to me by the agent, so how it was unallocated was beyond me. They advised that it will escalated for allocation and it was, I also confirmed with that agent if my banking details were changed as i had asked she said she cannot see any changes, we then changed them with her and confirmed that my banking details are changed and my manual payment is allocated. So to the shock of my life, I'm buying groceries then next thing I'm trying to pay there's no money in my account because they debited on the 8th of August on my OLD account and when I called to find out what's going on I'm finding out my banking details are not changed at all after confirming 2 times with different agent. What will happen when I'm supposed to claim? Is this the type of incompetence I will be receiving from a company I put my trust and money in? And their agents who take things lightly because it's not happening to them is appalling. I'm so disappointed and inconvenienced
