Good Customer service
My mom came to double click Edenvale, she bought a lot of things including headboards and 2 lounges Zingisa assisted her with patience and a big smile, the branch is full of nice people their service is top notch but Zingisa takes a cup always smiling and laughing with every customer that comes, keep the good customer service Zingisa well done. I hope you treat all your customers with smile and love like you treated my mother.

I am very angry as writing this review the way city property treats their clients is uncalled for.. we have signed a new lease with the promise of being given a voucher of 1500 but unfortunately we wouldn’t get the voucher because the account we are using is under SARS but we were never told to vacate because the account is SARS we signed another lease even under the circumstances what does a voucher have anything to do with SARS I’m very unhappy with city property while we pay their rent with no fail at all, i hope you do not play with People’s emotions in future, The way you played with our emotions I don’t think I will ever renew the lease never because of this
