I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac expecting the standard burger with two patties, but when I opened my meal, there was only one patty inside. I reported this to the staff member, but there was no apology for the mistake. Instead, my burger was taken back, and I waited more than 30 minutes for a replacement. During this time, I had to personally follow up and ask what was happening with my order because it seemed like the staff member who assisted me was more focused on knocking off than helping resolve my issue. The person assigned to remake my burger even forgot about my order completely. By the time I finally received the replacement burger, I had already finished my fries and drink while waiting. To make matters worse, the replacement Big Mac was dry and had no sauce. At that point, I was too frustrated to report it again and just left the restaurant. I paid R110.50 for a meal I did not enjoy and received very poor service with no apology or proper assistance. This experience was extremely disappointing.
Leakage of nappies, now my child got flu from the witness. So unhappy with cuddlers gold diapers. I bought Size 3, two packets. What a waste of my money. Don’t recommend this product.
