Useless to resolve issues
The worst service ever regarding the payshap issues of 31 Oct. Still as I'm typing here be holding on call nr 32 with no results. It's month end. So we made a payment via immediate payment from Standard Bank account yesterday to another bank. It usually reflects within minutes and it first showed transactions unsuccessful after few minutes the message popped up it went thru and it reflects on the Standard Bank transactions history but apparently it's not successful according to the digital department and it's not reflecting in the bank account of the beneficiary. Till now 24hrs later no reversal of payment or payment cleared. And No it's not the wrong account nr as it's a beneficiary on the account account. And the 10 people that apparently escalated the matter. Please sort out this issue.
