Horrible experience
Used them for our visa applications. They messed up everything, they have no VISA knowledge. They taking chances with people’s lives and money. We had to move our flights, miss our original departure dates because everything was a mess up. Please avoid this people as much as you can and rather do your own application. You will be better off, they catch feelings and want to justify their ignorance. No sense of urgency and professionalism, no ethics and values.

Bad experience
Bad experience, used them to travel abroad. They messed up our trip. Arrived in a foreign country only to be told we have no hotel booked under our names. Very unprofessional they don’t even share their emergency numbers. Got stranded and all they could say is their service provider Thompson made a mistake. They love taking themselves out of the equation, never ready to help. Their senior stuff, also useless they rather protect each other than listen to the customers. What a bad experience.
