SPRUITVIEW EDGE FITNESS CLUB POOR MANAGEMENT
Worked at a branch in Spruitview. Management is poor. It is unfortunate that people need jobs these days and can work there while unhappy. Management is poor, also personal in decision making on their staff and upon deciding to leave, two payslips with 2 different amounts were sent and they opted to not answer why there were 2 payslips for one month and they opted to pay the lesser amount with no explanation whatsoever. Highly disgusted by HR as well. No one would back this up, members are also unhappy, but due to contracts they feel binded so I would not recommend to be a member or staff member there

iThemba Property Management Dissatisfied Tenant
I have a huge problem with iThemba Property management and their leases and notice terms and conditions. The whole time I dealt with noisy neighbours next door from the moment I moved in and reported them almost everyday and they were only apparently reprimanded which never helped. I requested for fumigation and logged a ticket and it was closed claiming my room was fumigated whereas it never was,now due to this and ****roaches, I am moving out and I suddenly am expected to pay a fumigation fee when I never even received it. My deposit will be all kept by them just because of an early termination of 6 months instead of 12 months. Regardless of my living conditions I am basically forced to serve 12 months when im not even happy with their treatment. Honestly iThemba Property has to be the worst. They even charge you a fee if the room isn't cleaned properly, yet mine wasn't upon moving in. I had to clean it and report all the faults of the room to maintenance,my move in was not smooth at all, including a shelf my room was supposed to have and only received in the 5th month of being at Purchase Place. I'm beyond dissatisfied with all of this. Yes I signed the lease yet my termination reasons dont matter
