I have app**** for my refund with them since last week Monday and they promised that I will received it in the next 5 working days which has never happened even now. And on Friday they sent me an sms telling me that I will receive my in the 3 to 5 days which means they were adding days on top of those ones that they told me about on Monday. I would like to tell the world that Sanlam has a bad customer service I will never refer anyone I know to join them because their service is very poor to their customers. I would advise anyone who see this message to pass the word of mouth about them because nothing is good that comes out of these company. They are very quick to take your money but when it's time to get it back they take forever to process your claim. Please publish my bad experience with them so that anyone can see their bad customer service
Hi. My name is Sphamandla Nkabinde. I had a very poor service from the 1st day I bought this phone on the 4th of November. I get there in Dobsonville Mall to buy by 12pm but it took more than 4 hours to receive the phone. The agents who are based there doesn't know they are doing because most of the time you find them chatting with their friends while you are standing there waiting for assistance. On the 11th of November I went to the same mall to pay for the phone. I went to all this retail outlets trying to pay but in all of them they were telling me that the reference number is invalid. I went back to back to the agents and explain to them my problem and it took me more than hours again while trying communicate with ever they were talking on their phones but nothing was sorted. After spending that 2 hours I was told to go and deposit the money to Payjoy account which I did. From the 11th of November I was always communicating with Payjoy WhatsApp telling them of my problem with this reference number that's not working. All of them they always tell me it's the right reference number so to me it looks like I am mad in my skull when I said it's not working. Finally on the 17th of November it was sorted because I could see on their App. Today again same thing happened. I tried to pay but it was saying the thing in the retail stores. I went back to the table where the agents are stationed and still I spend another 2 hours with one and the same thing like last time and then I ended going and deposit the money on their account again. They only opened the phone 24 hours which is going to expire tomorrow at 1:18pm while I did make payment for 2 weeks this time. I spoke to the agent on their WhatsApp by the name of Unathi. I don't know if it's a He or She but the service I got was very very very poor. That agent was insisting on me that the reference is correct while I'm telling him or she that it's not working. I am very disappointed with this service because I am using my own petrol to drive up and down to the mall and my own data to communicate with agents on WhatsApp that I have paid for the phone but it's loaded on the app or account. Even tomorrow I must do the same exercise of reminding them that I have paid and they will only grant me 24 hours everyday. I am very very disappointed with this poor service from Payjoy. I want this to be sorted out ASAP or they must just cancel this nonsense of a contract if it's going inconvenienced me like this because I don't have 2 hours that I will spend with your agents while they don't what they are doing.
I have a very bad service from the lady called Sethabile when I was chatting with her online. She didnt have time for me to explain my problem. I will never suggest anyone to do business with Payjoy because of their unfriendly system and staff. I will rate their service at 0/10
