I am lodging a complaint against XDS (Xpert Decision Systems) regarding the mishandling of a formal credit dispute. I completed the dispute form provided by XDS and submitted it together with supporting documentation. XDS later advised that, based on feedback from the service provider, the dispute was not resolved in my favour. No supporting documentation or detailed reasoning was provided for this outcome. I subsequently advised XDS that the dispute was not properly submitted by them. Specifically, the email the XDS rep sent to the lender did not include the details contained in the dispute document they required me to complete, resulting in the lender not receiving the full substance of my dispute. Despite this being raised , XDS did not correct or re-submit the dispute with the full details No explanation was provided for the omission of the dispute information. My follow-up emails requesting clarification have been ignored The XDS rep further indicated that they are still awaiting feedback from the service provider’s legal department. Despite the absence of legal confirmation and the unresolved procedural issue, the adverse listing remains active on my credit profile. If XDS cannot demonstrate that my dispute was accurately and fully conveyed to the lender, and cannot substantiate the listing with proper legal confirmation, the listing should be removed or suspended pending investigation. Instead, XDS advised me to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman while maintaining an unresolved and improperly handled listing
I paid an account I full on the 17th of July 2025. I did not get a paid up letter upon payment and have been running up and down try to get it so I can update my credit report. I have lost track on the number of times I have been told "it will take up to 72 hours". I have sent numerous emails, whatsapp messages and made a number of no phone calls but I do not receive any response or I am told stories. My next step is either the CFDC.
