Vehicle was advertised on their website and went to their premises only to be informed vehicle is at the other branch
Vehicle was advertised on their website and went to their premises only to be informed vehicle is at the other branch. Later found out that the specific vehicle was the property of AC Auto in Springs and the vehicle was brought to Excotic cars' premises. Salesman informed me that I must deal with owner which was closer to my home. Deal was done in Springs and I later got a deformation Wattsapp from the owner of Excotic Cars telling me I am an "********* (woman's private part) and that people like me does not get far in life. I showed the watsapp message to the owner of AC Auto. So what was suppose to be a new beginning in life for me spending R200 000 cash for an Audi S3 2010 model, ended up to be very bitter sweet.

Friendly salesman but the car sold itself
Friendly salesman but the car sold itself. Didn't go the extra mile, and I bought the vehicle having 3 different tyre brands on it after requesting to have 1 brand fitted. Admin personal friendly and helpful.

From the reception area to the workshop technicians and mechanics, I experienced super excellent service. They totally went above and beyond to set up, inspect and repair every small detail on my 2010 Audi S3. I compliment in specific Maureen and Morné, but all personnel involved are professional, honest and operate with integrity. Morné always kept me up to date with all options available from repair to replacement. Steve's Auto Clinic Boksburg are the best.
