Ignoring request
Ignoring my request to do direct payments to my creditors as it would help me dearly by paying less than what I am paying at the moment,I am currently under short time and have for the past few months went on with less in order to do payments towards NDA

Loan account closure
I am trying to settle my loan account and ad i try to do transfer to the account which has an amount of R1.51 to settle,I am unable to settle for today only,so tomorrow I will have to pay who knows how much more,apon reaching out via the banking app,the people I talked with transfer me to other departments and then they just disconnected afyer I am trying to pay that amount of R1.51

No warranty on couches
I bought couches at Russels in Kariega cash in 2022,that had a guarantee of 1 year,I called in and asked them as I have a problem with my 3 seater couch regarding the warranty,they told me that there no warranty on couches only on beds,I could not find that response satisfactory so I used another platform of russels,a whatsapp platform and they told me that there is 1 year guarantee and 1 year warranty, that was very inconsistent from 2 different people from the same company,so I would like to know if there is anyone on this platform that can help me to understand that please?

Magtape Unpaid insufficient funds
I have an unpaid no funds on my account of R750 that I am not sure where iy come from as I do not have debit orders that I know of in the weeks between the 15th and 25th of each month,I have tried on 2 occasions to do an online playing platform payment that were rejected twice,which according to my knowledge is R8.50 two times which should be R17,how is it possible that it could go from that amount to R750? My account is in a negative amount of -900 + now that can not be explained,last month it was in a negative of 300 and when asking they told me that it was because of that payments I tried to make which was only 4 that I could recall,and again,my knowledge say that should be R8.50 x 4 which should be R34?
