Handled a very difficult buyer with patience, professionalism, and care
We recently sold our property through Adelaide Ruwisi at LWP, and we are truly grateful for the way she guided us through what turned out to be a very challenging transaction. Adelaide showed remarkable professionalism, patience, and empathy throughout the process, even when faced with an unreasonable and difficult purchaser. She consistently went above and beyond to shield us from unnecessary stress, while ensuring that communication between all parties remained constructive and respectful. Like most property transfers, there were some unavoidable delays due to factors outside of anyone’s direct control. Adelaide acknowledged the buyer’s frustrations, but always managed them with calm professionalism while keeping our interests protected. Her consistent communication kept us reassured every step of the way. Despite the buyer’s repeated demands and pressure, Adelaide remained calm, professional, and solutions-oriented. Professional, Communicative and Reliable Conveyancers
We recently had the pleasure of working with Faurie Nell Attorneys(Shira Bloch) for both the transfer of our new home and the sale of our previous property. Their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication throughout what could have been a complex process. They managed two transactions simultaneously with great care and attention to detail. Where unavoidable delays arose—caused by third-party processes outside their control—they kept us fully updated and ensured that our interests were always looked after. We particularly appreciated their calm and professional approach, which made the process much less stressful for us. We are also mindful that conveyancers are often unfairly blamed for delays in transfers, when in reality these delays are dependent on external parties such as municipalities, homeowners’ associations, and deeds offices. In our experience, Faurie Nell Attorneys were transparent, communicative, and always acted with integrity.
