Unprofessional
If I could give a 0, I would. Initially sent me a broken product. Then, I returned the product, they reordered it only then to realize the don't actually have any in stock and then cancel to order without telling me. I had to figure out for myself why they randomly cancelled the order. Then they send me a promo code to make up for the mistakes they were continually making only for the promo code to only work if there's no other discounts on any products in the cart and if the value of the cart is above a certain value. The latter is perfectly fine, the first part of there no other discounts is basically impossible to meet given that there's always special on the site. Making the promo code essentially unusable and then they kept saying they're amending it and finding a solution and never ended up finding any solution. They sent an email saying they amended it, sending back the same conditions, the same code, the same everything. What did they amend then? Stupid customer service people too. Never met dumber people in my life

Easiest to work website for anything you have to move! Additionally, everyone who gave me a quote on the app was super nice and affordable! Everyone needing to move or delivery something of significant size should look not further than Wise Move!

Missed meetings
If I could give this institution a zero, I would. One of their financial advisors kept missing our meetings. They clearly don't care about getting new clients (it's been almost 3 months of me trying to set up investments with them)
