I was treated like I didn't pay any money, they were refusing to cancell my laybye and refund me from 2024 till date I have all the recordings and whattsap conversations on my phone, of the response from the sales couple
I made a purchase of a restonic queen bed from sleep master Carnival mall. After 2 months of usage the were sounds made by the spring on one side of rhe bed. I reported the bed after 2 months . 1. The reciever of that complaint wrote to restonic that I said the mattress was uneven and I never said such. Therefore 2 months later after visiting the mall I went to follow up and I was told the case jas been closed. And the reopened my complaint. Till today they haven't exchanged that mattress. Everything the say about guarantee it's a lie and they are just so unprofessional. I'm waiting to find time and return the bed in trhier door step and demand a full refund. It's clear that they sold me a damaged mattress 💔 😪. TOTAY I CALLED AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID EVEN THE BUSINESS IS NOT REPLYING TO OUR COMPLAINTS. NONSENSE

I have been waiting for makro online to cone and collect an Alva gas heater that I purchased on the 14th June 2025 and delivered on the 24th June 2025, I unboxed it the following day and found that there's missing *****s and ever since I've been calling and even went to makro carnival for assistance. I'm still having it in the house no communication nothing. I will no longer make any purchases with makro I'm sick of being frustrated by them. I want my money back.
