I ordered furniture and a few baby items from their website, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The moment I completed my payment, I received a WhatsApp message with all the delivery details. My order arrived the very next day (and I live in Polokwane!) Fast, efficient, and excellent communication throughout.
We honestly can’t thank Michael and Jami enough for everything they did for us on our wedding day. They stepped in and made the absolute best out of a horrible situation where our original photographers let us down. From the moment they arrived, they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, guiding us with such kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was captured beautifully, and their positive energy made such a difference. We only wish we could’ve had them edit our photos and video as well. We have no doubt it would’ve been amazing!
<div>I am deeply disappointed with the service we received from *** and *** at EverAfter Studios. The photographers we originally booked did not arrive on our wedding day, and two completely different people were sent without any prior notice or communication. They also ignored our calls on the day, leaving us anxious and stressed during what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. We received our photos within the 20-day time frame stated in their contract, but the quality was far below expectations. Some photos even included the videographer in the background and were never edited out. We were also promised that video changes would be made until we were satisfied, but after initially agreeing to this during a video call, they later refused to make any further edits. What concerns me most is the false advertising. They sent me videos from another company, claiming this was the quality we would receive. The person who filmed those videos was not the one who arrived on our wedding day. This is incredibly misleading and dishonest. Their communication has been one of the most unprofessional and disappointing aspects of this entire experience. They often refuse to answer phone calls and deliberately ignore messages. Our chat history is filled with me repeatedly asking for updates on when we will receive our photos and videos, yet many of these messages remain unread or unanswered. We are still waiting for our wedding album, full ceremony footage, promised changes to our photo gallery, and the updated version of our wedding video. It has now been seven months, and we have received nothing further. When we tried to follow up, they became rude and even threatened legal action if we shared our experience publicly. There always seems to be a personal excuse for missing the deadlines stated in the contract. To be fair, the photographers who did show up were kind and did their best under very difficult circumstances, but they were not responsible for the editing or final delivery. Your wedding photos and videos are some of the few lasting memories you have after the day is over. Sadly, I put my trust in the wrong people, and I truly regret booking this company.</div>
