**** of a place ombudsman
Why the Ombudsman is still operational is beyond me. This entire setup should have been shut down a long time ago. Every complaint is the same — nobody ever gets real help. Just look at their reviews; it’s obvious they protect dealerships instead of consumers. It’s clear they are working hand-in-hand with these dealerships, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re benefiting from it. This Ombudsman needs to be investigated and permanently shut down.

Honda the Glen is a ****
I traded in a clean, well-kept P Series for what I was told was a low-mileage Mercedes, but what I actually got was a piece of *******. The car had accident damage, the suspension is faulty, and Mercedes themselves flagged the motor plan because of its accident history. This dealership is nothing short of a **** operation and should be shut down. Even one of their own sales reps hinted that the place was ******* — I should have taken that as my warning and walked away. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer. They knowingly sell damaged vehicles and hide the truth from customers.
