Excellence at OUTsurance
Just hopped on here to say, I have been a client for over 10 years. I have consistently received amazing service from OUTsurance. They should give other service providers lessons in how it's done. The reason I decided to give them 5 stars, is because I have had a horrible experience with another "service" provider. That just made me realise how fortunate I am to be an OUTsurance client.

Delayed claim processing
I wish I had read the reviews on this insurance brokers before I signed with them. Having been a customer at another insurance company for years, I was accustomed to a certain level of service. It has taken almost 4 months to get a claim processed. In that time, the bank is still demanding payments for a vehicle I no longer am in possession of. Do yourself a favour, do not sign up with these people for anything!

I have been a customer of OUTsurance for about 15 years
I have been a customer of OUTsurance for about 15 years. I have never had a negative experience with them. I have my home, car and out and about insurance. Unfortunately, I have had to submit a claim more than once. An accident with my car, a burglary at my home, and my son damaging his laptop. I have never had a negative experience interacting with their staff. I have consistently gotten excellent rates for my insurance and would not think of taking my business elsewhere anytime soon. Keep up the good work OUTsurance.
