This morning I was very pleasantly surprised by vodacom accounts newest addition to it's customer care services.Being SASSA old age grant receipients, it is not always possible to pay our accounts on the last,or even first day of the month due to SASSA staggering payments.It is never earlier than the 2nd day of the month,most often more from the 3nd and even on the 7th day of the month. AThey now call you when you don't pay on time,via an automated call.They ask you to enter the date you can pay,which you enter via the keypad,for example, this month on the 5th.That is SASSA payment date this month.It is a huge plus to subscribers as they don't need to call and spend long periods of time to arrange the payment date

Drivers licence card renewal.
What a pleasant experience. Very well organised and friendly helpful officials. I am a 72 year old man and am highly impressed. Definately the best traffic department I have ever visited for my drivers licence card renewal.
