Had the best experience talking to one of the consultants named Thomas. Very kind and patient. Only thing I did not like was the mistake made during my purchases where they recorded only two beds instead of three then I had to do the entire sales call again and now the other bed is being charged separately from the other two beds(meaning now I pay extra than what expected) I did not like that.
And still a month later no response from them. How long does it take to actually get back to their clients yet whn it comes to taking money tht they should not they are very quick
It's been almost a month and have since still not received any feedback from them. Yet they are still tempering with my bank account
I hate the service I have received, I have been requesting a cancellation since April, I still have not received it, worst of all the debits tht have been attempted on my account as well as the unauthorised debit that went off. It has been a full 5 months now waiting for my cancellation, they hv debited me 3 times since June I have no idea why because I told them to cancel. All they good at is making you speak to a rebort
