I am extremely not happy at all with the service at bedzone..... I was approved for credit.... I chose the bed only to find out there is no stock of the bed why was I not told before hand and I could have opted for another bed.... I call with my own airtime and WhatsApp the sales lady only for her to ignore as she has no say now regarding the availability of the bed my I need help asap I didn't want it to end here I know I am not purchasing the bed cash but value for money goes a long way of the bed ain't available give me options but not an option that I will be vetted again to damage my credit score bedzone vereeniging hear my cry

Had the best experience talking to one of the consultants named Thomas. Very kind and patient. Only thing I did not like was the mistake made during my purchases where they recorded only two beds instead of three then I had to do the entire sales call again and now the other bed is being charged separately from the other two beds(meaning now I pay extra than what expected) I did not like that.

Quick delivery of the bed, order placed on Tuesday in the afternoon and bed received the following day. They also assisted me with document I needed in the aftermath although it took almost a week. Too early to review the bed.

Zero after sales support. With them refusing to help with a simple thing like a proof of purchase for a bed bought from them online I am convinced that if you encounter problems with your purchase they won't even attend to you. I was glad that I got my order promptly but them refusing to give me an invoice after I clearly explained to them why I need it is reason enough to never buy anything from Bedzone

I bought a Kings Size bed on 25 Oct. It was a special request with extra lenght and dept. Kamo from Bedzone Princess Crossing helped us, as well as Mpho. They told us it takes 3 weeks and the bed will be delivered. On 18 Nov I received a phone call from the warehouse asking me if we still want the bed. When I told her YES, the told me that I should then pay the deposit. In the meantime, I paid the FULL AMOUNT of R12550-00 on the 25th of Oct. On Friday 21 Nov they called me and told me the bed will be delivered by 25 Nov. On 25 Nov nothing happened. Eversince I have been calling trying to find out what happened to the bed. Also every time I get a different story. On 25 Nov they told us that they are still waiting for the springs. On 27 Nov they told us they only received the "go ahead" to make the bed on 18 Nov. In the meantime I have donated my bed to someone who needed one. I am sitting without a bed. I am once again waiting for someone to phone me back with feedback. Store manager is Sello at Princess Crossing. I understand that the store are doing everything in their power to assist. But they did not give the paperwork through to the warehouse. The warehouse wasn't even aware that I paid the bed in full.
