I bought a Kings Size bed on 25 Oct. It was a special request with extra lenght and dept. Kamo from Bedzone Princess Crossing helped us, as well as Mpho. They told us it takes 3 weeks and the bed will be delivered. On 18 Nov I received a phone call from the warehouse asking me if we still want the bed. When I told her YES, the told me that I should then pay the deposit. In the meantime, I paid the FULL AMOUNT of R12550-00 on the 25th of Oct. On Friday 21 Nov they called me and told me the bed will be delivered by 25 Nov. On 25 Nov nothing happened. Eversince I have been calling trying to find out what happened to the bed. Also every time I get a different story. On 25 Nov they told us that they are still waiting for the springs. On 27 Nov they told us they only received the "go ahead" to make the bed on 18 Nov. In the meantime I have donated my bed to someone who needed one. I am sitting without a bed. I am once again waiting for someone to phone me back with feedback. Store manager is Sello at Princess Crossing. I understand that the store are doing everything in their power to assist. But they did not give the paperwork through to the warehouse. The warehouse wasn't even aware that I paid the bed in full.
I am highly impressed with the way that Jenna-Lee handled my claim. I received daily updates and the claim was handled promptly.
