I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance Thabiso Thabiso has been an absolute pleasure to work with on my claim. Even when the claim was no longer with him & I still bothered him by emailing him for an update & he checked for me & gave me a feedback. He's a good young man.who is very helpful. Keep on getting such great employees King Price I will refer more people to your insurance. Thank you Thabiso Thabethe. You're a star.

I have been double debit. 1st debit order went through on the 28th March, now again the debit order went off on the 1st April. I want my monet back & also cancell with rain. when you call them you are told they will escalate it & somneone will call you backl & NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. I am tired. I have queried my bill before 7 was told i will be called till today the bill is incorrect. now this double debit.
I had the pleasure of speaking to someone who finally know what theyre doing. It was my 4th call today. The 1st one said i must speak to sales when i actually needed help from support. But she couldn't put me through they were going to call me back, no phone call received. Called again the 2nd one from sales said its a support query they were going to call me back. No phone call received. 3rd call for cancellation cause i was actually frustrated & irritated with people who don't know how to do their work: she will escalate it. she cant cancel it for me. Last call was such a pleasure to deal with; his name was George Thulo. What a breathe of fresh air, he even showed me how to do a downgrade / upgrade for myself on the rain go.
I placed an order for a baby chair for my daughter & paid for it cash. Didnt want an account. Now they deliver the bib , s**** & other things which were part of the order. When i call, I spoke to ASAVELA who thinks she is a manager cause she blantantly REFUSED to put me through to the manager when i told her i want a refund then if what i ordered was the wrong thing. Then she tells me she will not put me through to the manager cause she has already told me everything i need to know. ***!!!!!!. This is my hard earned cash, which i worked for & now im told it will take mayb 3 weeks to get it back. I told her the whole reason why i bought that set was because i wanted a chair for my daughter. Now i must wait for another f......n 3 weeks to get my money back so i can go to game & buy a chair for my child. This is ridiculous.
What a disguisting service. I refered my daughter to King price since im very happy with their insurance & someone called her for a quote & she asked the guy to please email it to her. The guy said never mind you can continue paying more from your current insurerer & he hang up on her. She says the guy was so rude, like the rudest call shes ever received. What a appauling service from King price. I guess they have enough clients & dont need any new ones.
