I'd like to express my disappointment with the service provided by Aramex. Despite reaching out to their Customer Care Centre (CCC) multiple times, I've been met with unhelpful responses and lengthy hold times, often resulting in disconnections. My issue, which is the lack of updates on my order tracking for over 7 days, has not been adequately addressed. The agents seem unable to escalate simple issues or provide meaningful solutions, instead citing standard working days. I urge Aramex to take a cue from companies like Shein, who prioritize customer satisfaction and provide more responsive support. As a customer, it's disheartening to feel like I'm not being heard. I'm currently preparing for a holiday and this experience has been frustrating.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Tavcor Group. Venita sold me a taigo VW car with a faulty battery, and the mileage was misrepresented as 35,000km when it actually had 36,700km. When I complained, she didn't assist me, and my request to speak to her manager was ignored. I had specifically asked about the car's condition before purchasing, and it's disappointing that they seem more focused on making sales than ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience has led to my disappointment with the VW brand.
