Okay iam now fed up with these guys iam not a child nore stupit They contacted me and sed to me they will exchange this A26 for the A36 for the same price of the A26 that sounds good BUTT still nothing they contacted me again talking alot of chit and so we moved on to the next day and still nothing and so it will go on and on..now my other question again is why are the hammering on to me for the payment of R258 still if I choose the monthly payment plan why its not that they give you a Sim plan or contract its just a phone with there payment plans like 7days 14 days and monthly plan and SO I DID advised them I pay my R1118 on the end of the month butt still they keep on telling me the phone will be locked on the 20th March 2026 on my birthday then you will hear me for good. And then I have a other question also samsung sealed there phones with a box both sides with hard cover boxes..so this is a thing that still bothering me when I received this phone it was only the top cover of the phone that indicated the phone name and size like SAMSUNG A26 5G This phone was covered only with the top part and then in side you get the cover we're the charging cable is in that was all and then it was closed with stickers at the bottom of the top cover I have the proof my friend the box is in my possession samsung does not cover there phones like that never and so I spoke to a lady IN PAYJOY and she told me last time if I want to exchange the phone I must give them atleast 1hour to clean the phone and resealed it for selling that was her words to me and I can swear under oath that's true so they are selling old phones and refurbished phones as new ones with new prices to the public that's going to stop now I will go to the consumer,s onbutsman and the NCS with them..I swear I will iam very angry 😠 😡 if they can't give me the A36 before 5 o'clock and the payment plan that we discussed on the monthly base and not lock my phone on 20th March 2026 I will proceed and go to Rapport and Ncr with them Thank David 0724525250

I went to payjoy for a new phone and by the salesman I was told this is a monthly payment structure so I agree on that. So I was applying for a new Samsung A36 and after a while I was told that the A36 is out of stock butt he can give me the A26 with a very hard decision the salesman sed to me its actually the same as the A36 screen size is a bid smaller butt when I got the phone and via Google the A36 and A26 screen size us the same so he managed to sell the phone at me butt here comes the catch after the deal was done he told me that I must pay in 7days time R258 or the phone will be blocked With numerous calls and emails I managed to get hold of one of the ladies in head office and I spoke to her about the storie of the payment plan then she told me ser you can make the nesserly payment with my salary pay date now when I go into the app there is a message that say I have 2hours left to make the payment of R258 or the phone will be locked so what kind of company is this sells a phone at you and its the wrong phone and wrong information given to you is going to lock the phone this is dew to untrained un *********** staff that selling phones with *** information
