I have ordered and pay for parts for a Nissan Pathfinder. I was informed the parts will take 2 - 4 weeks. It's now more than 5 weeks and still no parts. If these parts are not fortcoming please refund me. Also please train your staff on communication skills because if I did not call regularly I would not know what is going on.
Hi There, I went to Telkom shop in Clearwater on Monday the 30th of December 2024 to cancel my contract. The staff provided me with a number to call. I call and after waiting for some time the line went dead. I sent an email on which I received a reply they are unable to assist I need to phone 081 180. I even tried cancelling my contract on the WhatsApp Bot. Today the 6th of January 2025 I went back to the Telkom shop in Clearwater and ask for assistance. They called 081 180 and after 45 minutes still no one answering. I think I did all I could to try and cancel my contract. If I do not get any response, then I will stop making payments.
I was put on Debt review in 2019 and July 2023 I paid my last instalment owed to them, and by accident paid in August an amount of R4000. I reported it to Consumer Friend and they confirmed that it will take 30 days to refund. On following up today again they claim they made a mistake and refund is going to take another 30 days. REALLY!!! I would appreciate it if Woolworths can step in and refund me asap.
I bought US Dollars from FNB Clearwater branch only to arrive in Ghana to pay transit visa. Ghana refused to accept the Dollars provided by the bank stating it’s dirty money and only accepts clean US Dollars. We should think that a international bank as yourself should have known this. It cost me $10 to buy clean Dollars. Will never buy Dollars from you again.
Hi There, I am trying to get this issue now resolved since the 6th of October and still no close to the end? I am also trying to reach Abri on 011 921 3831 for 2 weeks and not returning my calls, always in meetings. On requesting to speak to Abri's boss then was told they are also in meetings. This is becoming clear why nothing get's resolved as all the managers are in meetings? Is there anyone else which have the time to speak to me and get me feedback?
Hi There, I accidentally transfer funds to my DirectAxis loan account. Was in communication with DirectAxis to refund me which they authorized the refund on the 27th of October but is still not reflecting in my account due to slow release from Wesbank. Please assist me urgently.

HI There, I accidentally transferred funds into my DirectAxis loan account which was meant to pay my debt. I immediately went to FNB to reverse and they contacted Direct Axis on the 18th of October. I forward all proof to Rene Grove at DirectAxis and received an SMS notification on the 27th of October that it will take 48 hours to receive. Today the 2nd of November I phoned again to investigate and I was told 09:50 (cannot pronounce her name) that the refund will take 7 -14 working days to be transferred. Where in the world have you heard about this nonsense? Since I tried to reverse this transfer 14 days already lapsed. Now I have to wait another 14 days?
Hi There, Want to bring to your attention that DHL Liberia deliberately gives you a cheaper quote to obtain business, then when goods arrive, they slam you with a price double the amount. They then refuse to release goods until paid. This is an unethical way of doing business. Reference number AWB 7062564994
Gap cover means any deductible you need to pay will be refunded. Yes to all the over gap covers in the market accept Discovery. Discovery will cheat you out of your deductible. Therefore that they are the only Medical Aid that could start a Bank. Please reconsider carefully when paying your hard earn funds to Discovery. They are the most expensive medical aid that pay out the least.
