I have been unable to pay for my fibre and have had no internet access for two days, no one in their call centre has been able to assist me, thus is frustrating as I work from home and my work is being compromised

I have been waiting for my car rental holding Charge to be released back into my account for 19 days now and it has completely *****ed over my budget for the month, and ABSA doesn't seem to be taking it urgently at all.
