This company is so difficult to work with, I ordered a service with them and it was not rendered. I tried getting in touch with them in order to follow up and get the issue resolved, they are nowhere to be found. I tried calling the number on their website, sends me everywhere but to a consultant. Tried their chat platform and all they do is put you through to a bot that tells you sorry they can’t help you with anything. Appalling To say the least, it’s been weeks and at this point I’m convinced they are a **** because how are you able to receive money but can’t return it if you can’t deliver the service? Money doesn’t grow on trees and this is a very unpleasant experience! I want my money back! It’s literally #BlackFriday and there sure is a lot of other things I could’ve spent my money on!
Most horrible! I paid R1600 for a ticket and the whole show got cancelled and they stopped replying to my emails and won’t refund me my money! I’ve been reaching out but they’ve since stopped replying & their website has been down since the announcement of their cancellation. This is disgusting and appalling service. My money doesn’t grow on trees, imagine this was my first impression of them, I’d never been to any Heyneighbour festival before and so badly wanted to go for Doja Cat. Should’ve never trusted them🚮🚮🚮
