I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding STANDARD BANK for them to state that I am in arrears of something that I paid for,of which now it affected my credit score .Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have not received a satisfactory response 😕 Details are as follows: Payment was done on the 14th October Their statement was submitted on the 12 Nov that I'm interested arrears I would like the intervention in this matter ,since it is affecting my credit score of which it is their fault for not updating on their sides. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions that will be taken.
10/10 Customer service from Masego.I am so disappointed with the service we got from the management Alex De Beur it was so unprofessional of you to call a meeting while Masego was busy with us,2ndly he promised my banker he will provideus with transport but he didn't he left us there withoutsayinganything.3rdly Assistant Lerato Mlalazi it was so uncalledful to belittle your colleague Masego about your experience infront of us.For the service we received from management i cant recommend anyone to experience what i have experienced.
Standard bank Jubilee Mall, I'm so disappointed by so called team leader (Netto Malatji)and consultant (Kabelo Ranoko)by bad mouthing and Ex colleague about loosing job due to *****ulent activities that I can not state here.I was only referred for service however such behavior of disclosing confidential information to me as a client was so irrelevant. I'm ****ed off because even the service I asked for was not provided to me.I am changing the bank for such poor and bad service from standard bank. Incident date 25 Sep 2025
