Horrific Experience at Debonairs Pizza – Kagiso Mall This has officially been the fourth time I’ve had a bad experience ordering from Debonairs Pizza at Kagiso Mall — and unfortunately, it just keeps getting worse. Today I ordered the Creme-Decker, and once again, it was an absolute disappointment. The pizza was dry, bland, and completely lacking toppings – especially the chicken, which was almost nonexistent. It felt like I was eating a base with some sauce lazily poured over it. Which is unacceptable for the money spent. This is not an isolated incident. Every time I’ve ordered from this branch, it’s been the same issue — and it's clear that management is doing nothing to improve the situation. What’s even more frustrating is that other customers are also complaining about the same thing, yet nothing changes. I had actually stopped buying from Debonairs accross the country because of how bad it had become with Kagiso Branch. Unfortunately, I was stranded today and had no other option. Big mistake — they didn’t fail to disappoint again. This level of quality and disregard for customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
I logged a call with FNB on the 5th of Jan 2022 to have my Credit Card cancelled, closed and taken off my profile. They also had to transfer my access money from my credit Card to my current account . Today is the 2nd Feb 2022 my Money is not transferred into my account. No one calls to provide feedback, instead I'm the one who has been calling the entire Month and all I get is we escalating, we logging the call, we making notes your profile but no actual work been done to get my query resolved. What so annoying is the fact that you cannot even talk with their back office staff who are charged to do the actual transaction. The guys who will pick up your call will tell you that they not authorized and all they can do is log a call and hopefully someone will assist . I'm beyond disappointed , irritated and inconvenienced with FNB, so much so I'm thinking twice to even take my second home loan with them due their bad customer service I had to experience with them currently. Even Today my query couldn't be resolved and i have to wait for someone to read note and hopefully they will do their job and transfer my money. The person who was charged to resolved my query Natasha Adoleh Ref :2659076 , has not even bother to call even after sending Four emails to their complains department care@fnb.co.za
I Joined Virgin Active South Africa in May . I was told that July and August will be Free as part of the promotion they were running . My July Debit Order went off. I called Head office on the 6th July 2021 and I was told there was nothing they can do as they have been offline for months and they don't have details of my contracts as its all sitting with the Branch. I reach out to the Branch which I had to wait as they were closed under Lock Down. I had to make three visit to the branch up until I got exhausted and asked for the Manager . They then now took my details asked for my bank statement for the Refund. They could not even guarantee when will I receive my Money and not even provide Guarantee that my August Debit Order will not go through . I called Head office to check if the Branch had logged my query and I was told they cannot see that, and that I need to go back to the branch . No one wants to take responsibility and ownership in fast Tracking that I get my Refund . To make matter worse I was told that my August debit order will go off meaning that I will have to undergo the same kind of Frustration. This is Totally disappointing , so much so that I'm even considering cancelling my membership . I would not advise anyone to join the club as their service is total shocking, and their is no Accountability . To this Day Im still waiting for my Refund or some sort of confirmation that its been logged which the Branch and Head office cannot provide. I also need to speak about the attitude the head office call agents have . Absolutely shocking !!!!!!!!!
