I am so disappointed with Paranottis, Morning Glen! I ordered pizza and 1L coke today, when the delivery guy arrived, to my surprise there was no 1L coke, he delivered only pizza, when I ask the guy, he told me he was only given a pizza to deliver to me. Well I contacted Paranottis Morning Glen, the lady answered the phone and I explained to her, she then told me that unfortunately there's nothing she can do, midrand where I was it far, she told me the only thing she can do for me is to give me something next time I buy from them. So there's Paranottis shame NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Because tell me why am I being told it's far where I am for them to bring my cool drink, yet it's their fault that they didn't give the delivery guy my cool drink, worse part I paid for that delivery! Why am I being told that I will be given something next I buy while I need to eat and drink that cool drink at that moment! Paranottis should have not accept my order from the start if I was far, because they only realized that I was far when they failed to deliver everything I ordered and after I paid them. I want my money back for that cool drink, Paranottis you have the poorest customer service.
I sent WhatsApp to be contacted and the consultant called Naledi contacted me back on WhatsApp, I told her my condition, she said she was going to send me a prescription for medication. I waited 09:43 until 11:45, as I write this, I am still waiting. I have been trying to contact Affinity, someone answered and told he will log a ticket and a nurse will contact me. I am still in pain, waiting for a nurse to contact me. Mind you, this is not the first time, I guess this is how Affinity work.
