I'm unhappy with the service I'm receiving from Clothing Junction Thabong. Last time I purchased clothes for my children, they were the wrong size. I returned to the store after 8 days to exchange them, but the cashier, who has light skin, tattoos, and a beard, refused to assist me. When I asked why, he said it was too late, which I didn't understand since it was within the 30-day return period. I chose to let the matter drop. However, this Monday, February 26th, I returned to the store and encountered the same individual. As I was about to purchase a T-shirt, he took it and stated that he was 'hiding' it for himself, intending to purchase it over the weekend. I'm concerned that staff members are reserving items for themselves, potentially preventing other customers from making purchases. I'm unsure if this behavior is representative of the store's overall service or just this particular employee. Could you please clarify if I'm misunderstanding the situation or if there's an issue with the staff member's conduct?
"I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from a staff member, potentially the manager, at your store. Unfortunately, her behavior was unacceptable, as she failed to treat me with respect and displayed ****** tendencies. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service from her, but previously, I chose to overlook it. However, if she continues to behave in this manner, she risks causing significant customer loss. I hope you take immediate action to address this issue and provide your customers with the respect and service they deserve." 1 October Store Bedworth centre
