I am not happy about Joyce customer service.I received an email that I only paid for February and I also sent her proof of payments with my reference number for Jan/Feb she did not get back to me and tell me this has been fixed or what.I can not owe R2,5 and end up paying R3000 l.I will personally take this to ombudsman because I do have proof of payment for 2 months yet your statement only shows February mxm.poor sevice Joyce
I have been trying to cancell their policy they just drop the call.N also I told them which correct date but they chose the other date themselves,and their amounts are not the same when they debit.please cancel this policy of yours.Unlimited is a pure ****
