I bought a car no longer than 3 months ago. Beautiful vehicle.Service is utterly disappointing. The vehicle started giving problems. Sales person who sold me the car kept no contact neither updated me on the car, when it has been returned to the dealership. I had to follow up with both Manager and sales person to be informed of the car. Not the best service I have received. I get sales is important but treating a customer as such is low.
Debit order went off my account without me approving the quote. Still awaiting refund
Agents were miscommunicating, Noni Nkosi offered amazing customer service however after her a few agents called numerous times for the same thing she asked to follow up on. My car insurance was not beat and no clear communication given regarding that process.
